At YYCSKINGURU, we understand that life sometimes happens but to respect the time and efforts of our technicians we do have a cancellation policy in place.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to pay 50% of their appointment value.
No-Shows
No-Shows will be subject to pay 100% of their appointment value.
